Big changes have arrived to a dealership with over 20 years of history in the area. Brown-Daub Kia of Easton, PA is excited to announce new leadership with the arrival of Steven Parr as General Manager.

Parr began his journey at Haldeman Ford, where he was GM/Partner for nearly 30 years. From there, he was the GM at Becker Subaru and later Ciocca Subaru for 7 years. Before arriving at Brown-Daub Kia in Easton, Parr served as the GM of the Kelly Automotive Group for 2 years. 

With 40 years experience in the automotive industry, Parr knows the secrets to success – and it starts with treating customers like family. After serving as GM of Brown-Daub Kia for only a couple weeks, Parr has instilled in the employees to treat every single customer as if it’s their own wife, husband, daughter, son, grandparent, etc.

“Treat others as you’d want to be treated, it’s the golden rule,” Parr said. “It’s something I truly believe in and it’s the core of our service culture.”

In his new role at Brown-Daub Kia, Parr plans to enhance the car buying experience by bringing full transparency to the buying process. Nothing is hidden from the customer. Combine that with an enthusiastic sales team who’s ready to serve the customer and treat them like family – and you’ve got a recipe for success.
