2021 Kia Seltos Trim Levels

Kia Seltos LX

Kicking things off, the Kia Seltos LX includes a standard 2.0L 4-cylinder engine, capable of achieving 146 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque. Also included in three of the five trims—the LX, S, and EX—is an intelligent variable transmission (IVT) to make for smooth driving through and through.

The LX also comes standard with Dynamax™ All-Wheel Drive with Lock Mode. This drivetrain is standard with each trim except for the S. All the while, the Seltos serves up fuel efficiency with an EPA-estimated 27 MPG city/31 MPG highway with its 13.2-gallon fuel tank capacity.¹

Kia Seltos EX

The EX trim shares many of the same features seen in both the LX and S. However, as we’ve already spotted, this trim marks the return of all-wheel drive capability. With this trim, though, a power sunroof with sunshade and solar control glass are included standard—a nice addition for every passenger.

Two additional USB ports are located in the cabin of the Kia Seltos EX, joined by the standard wireless phone charger. An automatic temperature control air conditioning with an auto de-fog system awaits drivers and passengers, as does the LED interior lighting setup.

Kia Seltos SX Turbo

Lastly, the SX Turbo trim includes all the features from the LX, S, and EX while introducing some noteworthy additions. For starters, the SX Turbo has the largest exterior color selection, with 12 available color schemes.

Passengers are gifted a large, 10.25-inch infotainment display than what’s found in the previous trims—an 8-inch screen. The Bose® Premium Audio system is also standard with the SX Turbo, an upgrade from the 6-speaker setup found in the other trims. Also, a 7-inch instrumental cluster is included for the first time in this Kia Seltos lineup.
