Management at Brown-Daub has been taking guidance from the Center for Disease Control, Pennsylvania Automotive Association and National Auto Dealers Association on how to operate during these unprecedented times. The health and well-being of our employees and our customers has been in the forefront of all of the decisions so far, and it will be the focus of all decisions going forward. 

The State of PA has now allowed for auto sales to resume.  The majority of the sales documentation process can be conducted online if you choose, or, you may visit the dealership as of June 26th, 2020. The showroom is now fully operational, however, for the safety of our employees and customers, we ask you to wear a mask while inside the dealership. 

Safety Precautions:

-Your vehicle will be thoroughly sanitized

-You can choose to take delivery at the dealership, with social distancing measures fully enforced, or take delivery at your home.

-If you choose at-home delivery, our drivers will wear masks and gloves and deliver your vehicle at an appointed time

-Social distancing with the driver will be strictly maintained 

This will be a very smooth process, and allow you to take delivery of any vehicle while still following all State and Federal guidelines for safe behavior.

As of June 26th, 2020, customers are able to visit the dealership. Please call us at 610-810-3535 to schedule an appointment.  
 

In addition, our Parts and Service Department will REMAIN OPEN.  We are dedicated to providing the best vehicle service we can during this time, and are available to pick up or deliver your vehicle if needed. 

 

As restrictions are revised, we will adapt to gradually return to more relaxed measures, but until then, we will abide by all recommended best practices for minimizing health risks.
